Q4. 如比賽日期湊巧與學校考試日期相撞，應該怎麼解決？
如出現任何需要申請更改比賽日子或參賽資料，家長必須自行帶同學生相關證明文件正本，親身到朗誦協會現場提出更改
Q5. 透過你們機構代報名和透過學校報名有哪些分別呢?
參賽通知書及獎狀都會在報名的學校或機構領取。如果您是透過學校報名的話，將由校方負責派發給學生。如果透過本機構報名，將由本機構代領，並聯絡您前往領取獎狀。另外，透過本機構代報名能自行選擇適合的參賽誦材與參賽地區，而如透過學校報名，學生有機會受限於校方所選的參賽作品，並將根據學校的所在位置選擇參賽地區。
Q6. 報名資料中參賽項目編號及地區應如何填寫?
參賽項目編號可參閱香港學校音樂及朗誦協會官方網站中，相關語言的比賽目錄裡各作品的對應數字編號。香港學校音樂及朗誦協會官方網站網址︰
https://www.hksmsa.org.hk/tc/
而地區方面，英語項目除non-open組別設E (新界東)、U (市區)、K (荃灣及葵涌區)和Y (屯門及元朗區)外，其他項目均屬N (不設分區)。粵語及普通話項目除小學組別或以上的詩詞與散文獨誦設E、U、K、Y分區外，其他項目均需填在地區編號填寫N。
Q1. 第78屆朗誦節代報名的費用包括了什麼?
本機構所收取的代報名費用，只包括遞交報名表、領取及派發參賽通知及獎狀服務，並不包括日後更改資料及比賽日期之手續費。而獎狀的發放預計會在2027年的3-5月，當我們領取到參賽者的獎狀後，將會通知家長前來本機構領取。(費用不包含任何郵寄費用)
Q2. 參加幼兒中文獨誦項目有什麼注意?
參加幼兒中文獨誦項目之參賽者，只可於 (粵語)N476 及 (普通話)N478 選報其中一項參賽。詳情請參考協會的比賽章程https://www.hksmsa.org.hk/tc/?page_id=4966
Q3. 可以同時報兩項相同語言的項目嗎？
可以的，選報時要注意學生的年級和歲數。
英文獨誦：學生能在Non-open組別(以年級分組)和Open組別(以歲數分組)各報一項項目。粵語獨誦及普通話獨誦：學生能同時選報對應年級的詩詞和散文項目。詳情請參考協會的比賽章程https://www.hksmsa.org.hk/tc/?page_id=4966
